Speed Decathlon 2018
BMHAC are holding their 5th annual speed decathlon, and after the last few year’s success, speed heptathlon and team decathlon, on Saturday 29th September.
It will incorporate a one hour decathlon, speed heptathlon for ladies, and a team decathlon.
This year, for the first time, the event will also feature a junior team heptathlon.
Teams comprise one junior from each age group: U13,U15 & U17 and at least one male and one female athlete in each team.
The events are to be hurdles, high jump, shot putt, 200m, long jump, javelin, 800m and each athlete must do at least one event.
