Due to the high level of interest in this group we are not able to take any more children. A waiting list is being managed.
In the first instance, please email Liz Flitcroft who will contact you when we are able to offer your child a place. Please include your child’s name and date of birth when you e-mail.
Please check on here frequently for details of changed or cancelled training sessions.
Training Sessions And Advice
Training session for new starters is Tuesdays 5-6pm, with progression to the main club training times when appropriate.
Meet at the main car park end of the track. The cost is £2 per session until full membership is taken up
Main Club training sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
If you come to training without at least two (preferably three) layers, we will send you home.
From the start of September it can be cold and it will be dark so you must have layers you can remove and put back on easily.
In addition, your child should always bring a drink (preferably water), and please try to ensure they have been to the toilet before arriving at training.
At all times your child should have layers of clothes on that they can take off as they warm up during a training session. In particular, long trousers over shorts and long sleeve top over t-shirt, jackets or sweatshirts.
Trainers with laces are better than slip-on trainers.
