This year’s speed Decathlon will take place on 28th September, and will again feature a one hour decathlon for men and women u20 and upwards, a Heptathlon for ladies over 42 minutes, and a team decathlon, where a team of up to four athletes , men/women/any ages compete in the 10 decathlon events, and score age graded points for the team.
Food and beverages will be available , as will a sports massage.

Entries open on 30th June, and close on the 7th September.
