DESCRIPTION:The National Athletics League currently comprises 31 clubs split across two levels. \nAt the top of the NAL is the Premiership involving eight clubs\, while the second level is the Championship involving 23 clubs\, split into North\, South\, West and East regional groups. \nEach club will take part in at least three fixtures across the season. For the Championship\, the top two teams in each of the regional groups will qualify for a fourth fixture\, which is a Promotion Match on 12 September. From this Promotion Match\, the top two teams will be promoted to the Premiership.
